Generally speaking, if you had to remove bolts to access something you aren't an expert on, you should seriously reconsider your present course of action.

@fedops If access was blocked by bolts, the probability of something extremely hazardous being inside is quite high.The post was motivated by noticing that the (ground based) neighborhood power transmission line transformer was using bolts to secure the outer protective shell... after watching a YouTube video about 3 men on a ship climbing into a large space secured by a bolted panel and dying of asphyxiation.
