       Does the #ActivityPub C2S API allow users to post context to their Outbox that the server itself doesn't support?Like, with Pleroma, can I post a check-in activity using a custom client? Can other clients with support for that type then see it? 🤔

       @sean It would prolly depend on the server. As long as the server doesn't reject types it doesn't know, i don't see why not. Though looking at the canonical URL would most likely show a lower fidelity than looking at the post on a server that does support that type.
