       @TheWitchBitch Oregon released juveniles charged with murder and they also released adults charged with sexual crimes.It's good that Oregon has more women in power than majority of states, we need tougher women, women that would bust balls and not feel shame or guilt.        @laureen @TheWitchBitch I don't think men who commit sex crimes can be rehabilitated. There has been a fair amount of research and it doesn't appear to be possible. Which is why they need to be institutionalized.
