@Linnie Every year. "The Ten Commandments" at Easter and "The Sound of Music" at Christmas on network television. On HD, "The Ten Commandments" is spectacular. One of the very few things that does not change.

@Linnie @timr My household as well! 💖 👏"Lilly Munster" and The "All About Eve" ladies are so much more glamorous than any Kardashian (and don't even get me started on Brynner and Heston.MEOW! 😍)On a cinematic note, I can still recall "being allowed to watch this" as a child and being freaked out by Cecil B Demille's last plague.

@timr I read the director saw a Roman sculpture and it looked exactly like Heston, so he chose Heston for the role (!)
