       @sean The heat, Ouch!(But it is dry heat, right?)I don't think that is a good excuse. Arizona is way too dry for my preferences.Years ago I spent some time in eastern Colorado where the humidity was only about 7% all summer long. I was from the lakeshore of Chicago at  the time. That low humidity knocked me flat.

       @Algot Yeah, I've been in the Phoenix area for over a year now. I came in early spring, 80 degrees, no humidity, and thought: "This is lovely!"Then, summer hit, and I was working the flight line doing maintenance and jet launches in 120 degrees. No humidity, but the world felt like an oven anyway.I think I drank like 3 gallons of ice water every single shift.
