@TheGibsonOuch. Does Imitrex/sumatriptan work for you? If so, I'll share the prophylaxis I came up with that works for my own migraines

@TheGibsonUntil a spate of a bunch of them brought on by glare-inducing office lighting at a past job, mine were pretty rare as well. For me, I also found L-arginine and/or niacin can trigger them for me via blood vessel dilation effects.

@TheGibsonImitrex is pretty easy to get a prescription for and worth having on hand, as it's the only thing I've used that can stop a migraine after it starts (assuming I catch it early). Just know it works by flooding the body with serotonin to constrict the blood vessels, so it's not for everyone.
