@Elaines2cents The people of Russia must have at some point approved this new Hitler. Yet, no, it is Putin & his puppets. He has cast the die, Russia must be shunned instead of confronted b/c we are both nuclear capable. In this new order, our A-10's & more should be picking his troops, their convoy movements & communications apart right now.Sophisticated radio & radar jamming plus any show of restrained force should be deployed immediately while further plans of force probed.

A significant one at that.The advantage Putin exploits is the WILL to accomplish his objectives; while the LACK of will is what prevents the US from exploiting our military advantage.Won't change with a democrat in the White House, either.

@Elaines2cents @FernandoIV I believe he was elected in free elections in 2000 and 2004. In 2004 he received 70% of the vote. I remember from TV interviews with random people in the street in 2000, most of them said that Russia needed a strong man.
