       @mplammers I agree with this so much; I've actually been thinking recently that if I ever start up an independent publishing company, I'd have all its books go public domain after a few years. Realistically, most revenue from book sales comes right at the beginning, so making the book free after that would basically allow these books that aren't as popular anymore to attract customers to the new ones.
