@masterblaster My reasons why DeSantis should not run against Trump if Trump decides to run in 2024: (1) DeSantis is much younger than Trump; (2) his political star is rising and he's building a nice resume in Florida; (3) his chances at reelection in Florida and a future run for the White House will be greatly enhanced by Trump's endorsement. (4) Trump indeed helped him become governor of Florida.

@jacksabbath One thing to recall is his wife’s treatment is a marathon and will be used against him by the Commies. Another consideration is this article was originally from the NYT. It might be good to observe the fudge rule

@masterblaster Sorry was out of pocket for a few hours, but I agree re the NYT article. I should have mentioned that I took the whole story with a large grain of salt. Their agenda is pretty obvious - they’d like nothing better than a Trump/DeSantis feud and they’re trying to conjure one up.
