       @atrus undoubtedly the solution to preventing a repeat of this incident will be to ask city hall for a budget increase to install the skid plate upgrade.The Calgary police have a war vehicle of their own as well because we can't be without anything Edmonton has. Despite the budgetary belt tightening that is called for after years of economic challenges the police budget remains untouchable.
