@darulharb Well the actual ruling by 5th Circuit hasn't happened yet.Biden can say he tried and the ignorant can fume, but I doubt there's ANY gain with moderates (more likely loss and further confirmation of abuse of power).I expect MSM to echo the "he tried" but further blame this on "conservative activist judges" and "anti-vax extremists".
