@mommy @comrade_lecter Why are we going into the topic of vaccinations? Do whatever you want I suppose, I don't care either way. I've recieved the covid vaccine shots already. I find far less issue with a vaccine that aids with preventing a deadly disease then a pill which would cure a part of someone that doesn't need curing.

@MewzterREVIVED @comrade_lecter You said it shouldn't be trusted, i wonder for what reason. Why trust a vaccine over a pill? Also how do you decide what should or shouldn't be "cured"? If something causes someone stress, or is a vestigial feature that they'd rather not have then it's their prerogative to get rid of it. I'd guess most people would love to take a pill that gets rid of the need to breathe or sleep too. It's like getting free time added to your life span by getting rid of these time/thought wasters.

@mommy @comrade_lecter I will say that my statement of not trusting pills comes from personal skepticism regarding my experiences with such. I don't have trust in people working in fields regarding mental health. So you could say I'm quite biased.I'm not attempting to dictate what others should do with themselves, though I find that trying to "cure" paraphilias does more harm than good. Finding ways to grow at peace with yourself, forming connections with ones who share your experiences, and having someone to talk to about the struggles you may face are really beneficial.

@comrade_lecter when I was younger I would have. I struggled with suicidal behavior directly related to it. However through the course of introspection, philosophical reflection and learning psychology, I've learned to be at peace because above all, I have never and would never cause harm to another if I could avoid it at all.
