At this point, I am going to use a temp email, change the password without storing it and completely forget about it.What do you guys think?

I have a couple of accounts where I kinda want to do that. Just change stuff like my name if I gave it out and let it rot in their databases

@joeligj12 Sounds like a plan, I like using SimpleLogin for aliases and Bitwarden for randomized passwords.

@fossfreelancer yeah but I don't want to link them up in any way to me.I use simplelogin too but I am not going to waste one of my free aliases on them only to disable it xd

@joeligj12 For sure, I just meant if you were going to throw away the credentials after, you could just nerf the alias after.

@joeligj12 I'd use a temp address (SimpleLogin for example) and save its password on my password manager. Finally, turn off that address on SimpleLogin dashboard. So, account exists but emails don't reach me. SimpleLogin discards them.

@joeligj12 @fossfreelancer I see you are already an user. 😄 Maybe Anonaddy in that case, as it comes with unlimited free addresses.

@aruns @joeligj12 Change the data bit by bit, and wait in between. Like first the adress, then birth date, etc. Wait so it is also in their backups. Then change mail adress to a trashmail adress, then let it rot.

@rudolf thanks for the advice, I just used temp-mail to get rid of it, yeey
