       @Jaime Whenever I have too much liquid, I ladle it off and reduce it down. You will end up with a rich reduction that you can add butter at the end and make it extra delicious.

       @Jaime Just squirrel it away for the future. It works great when you are cooking things like shrimp that put out a lot of water. Reduced shrimp stock with a little butter is delicious.

       @dacatindahat @Debradelai First I heated a large skillet with olive oil and butter. Salt and pepper the ribs and then browned them on all sides remove. Everything fresh… SautΓ©ed onion 2 I think I used about six cloves of garlic.Fresh parsley,basil,oregano. I cooked it in the same oil and butter. Drained, put over ribs. Added beef stock in about 3 ounces of red wine. Cover simmer about three hours. I added 4 tablespoons of flour mixed with the wine because I put too much liquid in. Sauls

       @Jaime @Debradelai Oh yes I did use the onions, celery, and carrots with beef stock too. Made red beans and rice to accompany. Hat tip to Saul as I was about to reach for the corn starch but went with the wine flour combo instead.
