       @urusan in France we have a minimum of 25 paid holidays per year by law. Different conventions may then grant you more and I’m pretty sure there’s an exception somewhere that somehow allows certain types of employer to give you less but I’m not aware of it.

       @urusan Being able to take time off if I've injured myself.Or to keep an appointment. Or whateverJust makes me rage about how my nation doesn't view 'paid time off' as something due to every worker.

       @urusan 37 days including holidays, for a workweek of 38 hours. So 38 days if we linearly scale to 40 hours, or 50 days if we count the 2 less hours per week as vacation.

       @urusan my job is specifically exempted from our employment legislation and i basically get public holidays off plus vaccinations, voting and anytime i need to be physically out of the office to get work done

       @urusan I am freelance, and kinda trash at keeping my client roster full, so like, 90 days? I guess what i lack in getting paid I make up in having ample free time?
