@lusse wikipedia seems to think Norwegian only has ʂ, a retroflex version of it, but as far as i can tell, the sound we use is indistinguishable from ʃ. in any case, we don’t have a voiced version of it, so the most common mistake is what i mentioned. “surge” might become “search” etc.
