Okay guys, please help me out – my gf and I have recently confessed to one another a love of all things vampire, deep enough to be termed obsession. However, we direly need recommendations for films/series/games that are vampire-centric, but avoid opposite sex love interests/het lust from the main characters, and if possible do have some lesbianism. Also bonus points for silly over the top 90s/2000s antics.

@Nagaraja The best vampire films may not fit your requirements and ones that do might well before the 90s and your time... I'll try anyway,Vampyr is a classic and one of my absolute favorite films. It's actually starring Julian West who became a major fashion icon in the 70s but was already chief editor of Vogue in the late 40s - 50s well after making this film... He was also openly homosexual- well at least in his circles considering the time.. im not sure how much closer you can get considering these are genre specific kinds of films that do just that.. specify.. This film is extremely beautiful and dreamy... I love to watch films of this nature for the suspension of reality so I highly recommend watching on a quite gloomy day or at night during the fall/winter season

@Nagaraja Anne Rice's vampire books starting with Interview with the Vampire up to Tale of the Bodysnatcher... Obviously Vampire the Masquerade 2, one of the best games EVA...

@Clariana Oh I thought there was a whole lot of straight action in interview with the vampire, I'll have to give it a proper look then! As well as her other stuff.Well, VTMB the ORIGINAL is THE best game ever, and I'm very sceptical of 2 given that they kicked out the writer of 1 over "creative differences" and don't let you play as a nossie, AND the ability to change player sex mid-game, I believe?.... but it might turn out okay.
