       I don't think it's just my impression, but who knows. I'm starting to feel that on Twitter, people write for themselves and their tribe: there are lots of assumptions baked in the tweets (so they are hard to interpret unless you know the person well), more sarcasm (same problem), and of course more dunking and such. I feel than on Fedi people write to express themselves (explicitly subjective) or to communicate with others.1/2

       And I don't think I agree more with the people I follow on fedi (in fact, I remember being _more annoyed_ on fedi at weak arguments I see repeated often), so...I don't know if it's the longer character limit, the CWs, the lack of "quote boost", the culture, the people I follow, or what.
