I have pinned an additional thread on my Profile about the November Red Wave. That provides more detailed election results and data for election results for both the House and Senate. It was first posted three months ago and has been regularly updated, but future election results will be addressed in the newer threads.https://social.quodverum.com/web/statuses/105234961668447793(2)

The following are observations and basic assumptions that I will refer to throughout the thread:1)Vote and vote Republican. Vote in every primary and every election.2)The GOP is now the Trump voter party. 3)The majority of the country know the election was stolen. The difference is that conservatives are angry about it, but that does not mean the left are satisfied with Biden/Harris. They are not. (5)

@timr I can no longer, in good conscience, support the GOP. They had both Houses and the White House from 2016-2018, and did their best to sabotage Trump's policies. Now the GOP has said they will not endorse Trump if he runs again in 2024. A 3rd party is the only alternative against a corrupt GOP

First, this massive voter fraud crime primarily targeted seven red/swing states: PA, WI, MI, AZ, NC, NV and GA. It failed in NC. We can assume these efforts were not limited to these alone. Extended voting hours, massive VBM campaigns, and Dem attempts to interfere in primary races took place across the country. The same voting machines that have been called into question were used in most states.(23)

@Bluifox @timr The only folks i know of that do that are quitters. I wasn't aware we had any of those here at quodverum. I may be in the lower 10 percent in education here at qv but even i know that. By the way being in the lower 10 percent here isn't an insult to myself. This place is chock full of really smart folks and Tim is one of them. Myself I won't quit until my last breath. Most of us here are like minded. That's my 2 cents. Take it or leave it.

@timr @MichaelMc Is there ever a possibility for a Trump rally again or will there be other ways to get people encouraged? I understand a lot of voters will be frustrated because they’ll think it’s useless to vote if illegal ones are counted too but thank goodness we have this forum and other sites and news media that can keep us informed and WE can get the word out and help educate and encourage people that are depressed and feel hopeless in 2022 and 2024. I miss Trump though.

@Flipscuba By declaring the GOP as the enemy, you're throwing away the good with the bad.Recall that the GOP declared Trump to be its leader just recently (after Nov 3rd).He has many supporters there, who do a very good job.In addition, most of the RINOs vote, at least sometimes, with the good GOP people.By fighting them you're going to give more power to the Dems, who'll be against Trump always, and will always be against you. It's better to be smart than just morally right.@timr

@timr @Teneseo @Bluifox Tim, while I find your threads outstanding and pragmatic, I ask you to keep in mind there are valid "feelings" on our conservative side that will need to be addressed in our strategy going forward. EVERYONE buys/sells/changes/moves due to feelings. We will not win them all back because of "feelings", but we will have to consider such healing in our own campaign to keep the heart of conservatism and regaining ground. Keep bringing the info and the threads. Thank you.

@timr We all watched the majority of the GOP betray us and Trump by voting him to be impeached, and thousands of "democracy loving patriots" allowed the Biden insurrection because Trump asked them politely to leave. Even the best polititians are refering to the landslide 2020 victor as a "private citizen". Their name is somewhere between Mao and Mud.Abandon the Q plan. @rosem Of course there was a special focus on the six swing states, using covid as an excuse to prolong the vote count. But if you assume the Dems did not attempt voter fraud across the country, you are quite wrong.Expanding power in congress and, especially, state legislatures was also the focus. They failed in those objectives.MAGA does attract people beyond the GOP. But it does not 'supersede party labels'.MAGA voters must vote for Republicans.

@Annasmom22 We can be absolutely certain that Trump is not going away.It is reasonable to think he will return with rallies, when the current period of self-imposed silence and conspicuous 'exile' comes to an endHe looms over the country now. Conservatives wait for him to speak again and wonder whenAt the same time, leftists are terrified, paranoid and hysterical, cringing in fear, not knowing when and where he will appear. That does have its entertainment value. 😎 @MichaelMc

@timr @Annasmom22 @MichaelMc I do not know what Trump will do next; I just know it will be effective. I do find it hard to imagine that he will not do rallies, once he can find a way to make them happen without the power of the Presidency. @timr I once again agree with you on many points. Keep in mind my emphasis is on an overarching strategy going forward. Yes, there will always be the defeatists, the naysayers, hand-wringers, etc. Emotions are running high on all sides. However, cooler heads will prevail & we can gain some voters "back" by focusing on their anger and apathy to continue gaining ground. Pragmatism wins, but so does using these emotions to drive true change. The guy baited you inappropriately, IMHO. All's well.

@ikarith Yes. Obama was greeted with hysterical adulation and worship. The new FDR. Preening, destructive, smug, malicious, vain, sanctimonious, vicious, sarcastic, smirking, slick, smaller than life, a moral, spiritual, intellectual abyss that incarnated the left in 2008.A genuine celebrity.Biden is a frail, spectral, villainous waxwork. He cannot function at all without his caregiver (wife). He has no authority and no presence. This charade is already wearing very thin for the left

@patrickhenry Voter fraud is addressed primarily through legislation at the state level. This begins and ends with Governors and State Legislatures, unless there are allegations of fraud, which then may result in lawsuits. They can and will repeal laws that allow and promote fraudElecting Governors and expanding legislatures in swing states is key.(1)

@patrickhenry Dominion machines are used across the country, and the GOP had an outstanding year in 2020. Those machines are at the center of lawsuits now. We must watch and see the results. The machines are not in themselves the issue. Focusing on those who program there is the point - and that is happening now(2)

Consider what would have happened if the Dems had stolen only two more of their targeted Senate seats. They would have already abolished the filibuster. That would already have happened. Their motives are not known, but it doesn’t matter. Whatever the reason is, their willingness to be independent, at least occasionally, is good news. There are swing state Dem Senators who would like to be re-elected. During the Reagan era, the Dems started to address the lack of unity that had been a problem for them for decades, with their powerful but increasingly unwieldy and restless base.Ted Kennedy almost took over the 1980 convention over the health care issue. There was a wary rapprochement, but an already weakened Carter had to deal with a split base and went on to lose to Reagan in a landslide.(40)

It was one reason, but significant. As Reagan and then Bush Senior went on to landslides in 1984 and 1988, the Dems responded in part by unifying publicly and becoming far more partisan. They decided they would not be defeated again the way they were during the Reagan/Bush Sr era. Although, ironically, they were far more powerful at the state level than they are now(41)

This was the new, openly vile and ruthless and united Democratic party. The vicious destruction of Bork was one early result in 1987. The later Thomas witch hunt in 1991 was another. They stood united during Clinton's impeachment, and before that, they overcame opposition within their own ranks to pass Clinton's tax increases and Feinstein's assault weapons bill. All of this hurt them - but they remained united. The GOP were too often confused, fractured and passive in response(42)

Harris is already a failure. Watch five minutes of the Pence/Harris debate and it is clear that the Dems know they made one of the worst mistakes in recent decades when they pushed her as VP. @timr You bring up an important point that I would like to suss out a bit. Election fraud costs a LOT of money and the Dems did NOT do very well in the earlier part of this past campaign season. The DNC was IN DEBT and they had limited cash on hand. Not going to really hang my hat on the ActBlue/BLM link because I don't have the evidence, but money finally DID pour in over the summer. They couldn't cheat down ballot. They didn't have the money to do so, and the evidence proves that out.

This is one of the most under-rated stories in recent yearsAll attempt to steal those seats through voter fraud clearly failed.I am not suggesting that voter fraud did not exist. My point is that the Dems failed in a goal that was even more important than flipping the House. The Senate is key to the judiciary. A leftist Senate would not have allowed the dozens of judges named by Trump and shepherded by McConnell to be confirmed. We would have no Barrett on the SC(98)

Here is the historical context:2018 was an outstanding year in the Senate for the GOP.The data is clear:In the 21 midterms since 1934, the incumbent party has gained senate seats in only 6 elections:FDR, 1934 +9JFK, 1962 +3Nixon, 1970 +2Reagan, 1982 +1Bush, 2002 +2and Trump, 2018 +2(99)

The addition of strong conservatives in 2018 made the senate more powerful as they worked with Trump. It is the norm for the opposing party to gain in midterms as some indies sometimes swing to the opposing party. There was, of course, more energy from the Dems in 2018 but it was much less impressive than it seems.(100)

@watch4thedrop That is the power of incumbency. The vast majority in both parties are reelected. That is why I am not as pleased about the retirements of incumbent GOP Senators as many conservatives are.It will be difficult for a leftist to win a Senate seat in MT after Tester.West Virginia is deep red now.Manchin won with 61% of the vote in 2012.He won with only 49.6% in 2018.Only his incumbency keeps him in office. The election theft was made possible by the creation of new laws that were designed to vastly expand VBM and voting hours while drastically weakening voter ID requirements.Although there are many key factors involved in election theft, VBM (Vote By Mail) is the single most significant factor. If VBM remains unchallenged and continues to expand, then voter fraud will be rampant. (111)

I have read many posts about this issue here. I have observed that those who are the most worried and skeptical about voting do focus on Dominion as the primary reason. Continuing Ongoing thread on Voting, Elections, etc.More commentary on the 2020 NH victories at the state level. The most significant theme here, again, is how well the GOP did at the state level in last year's elections and how strong we are now.(118)

Local NH media source The Dartnouth noted that just before election day on November 2nd, the 'prediction' site CNanalysis predicted that:"Democrats would “net a few” single-member and multi-member districts in the state’s House, perhaps entering “supermajority territory.” "The site also predicted that Democrats would hold all seats flipped in the Senate in 2018, were favored to win one more and might have even flipped three more seats if they had “a better night” than they expected."(119)

More commentary from The Dartmouth on the 2020 NH election results at the state level: Dartmouth government professor Russell Muirhead stated that: “[New Hampshire voters] not only voted for [Sununu], they voted for Republicans up and down [the ballot] for state offices all around. We had very, very long coattails,” Muirhead said."This reflects Governor Chris Sununu's popularity in NH. Sununu won in a landslide with 65.1% of the vote. (120)

@LakePacificLover Thanks for the comments. The 2020 GOP Senate candidate was Corky Messner. He lost in a landslide to Dem incumbent Jeanne Shaheen with only 41% of the vote.He was an exceptionally weak candidate. There were several other options. I don't know why Trump endorsed him. We have another chance next year with another Senate electionI will do an in-depth analysis of this data later in the thread. That is the basic info

@timr GOP is stronger now I think than ever before. I do believe Trump won a landslide and won the Perdue GA seat on election along with John James and won enough lower seats to win the House. I think 2022 will flip both officially and we are primed to win the WH next go around.

@GmanFan45 The House looks very good. Even the Democrats and the leftist media are not pretending. 2022 should be an outstanding year. The only potential real obstacles are on our own side, with infighting, MAGA purity tests and NeverVoters who believe it is all pointless. All of those issue are being addressed, though. GA, AZ, NH, NV and even CO are potential flips. In a true landslide midterm, there are always unexpected victories and swing seats usually and mostly swing one way.In this election next year the focus will be on the Governors as much as on Congress. The Senate results were disappointing and frustrating as we saw the results coming from MI and GA and perhaps AZ.However, what we also need to focus on and take into consideration is how well Republicans did in the Senate across the country - far better, in fact than had been expected. The Democrats were expected to win in Maine, Iowa, North Carolina and perhaps South Carolina and Montana. They lost in all of those races. (123)

As it is, the long list of Dem bills passed in the House are piled up in the Senate, waiting to be passed by the Senate. That is increasingly unlikely, and in some cases definitely will not happen. The next two items on the Democrats' agenda are the giant 'infrastructure' bill and S1, a bill that would federalize elections - a clearly unconstitutional bill that is a massive attempted power grab by the left.In the House, S1 was known as HR1(125)

Regarding S1 - the Democrats are in a frenzy and a panic because they do not have the votes to overcome the GOP filibuster that stands in the way of passage. However, there is another factor involved" Senator Manchin opposes the bill and will not vote for it.So even if the Democrats managed to abolish the filibuster - which won't happen - the votes are not there from their own side. And with only 50 Dem Senators, they cannot lose one(126)

It is not Republicans who are stopping the Democrats' agenda. It is the Democrats themselves. I have noted this since the new Congress began. For thirty years the Democrats maintained a public front of unity, cohesion, coherence and almost unquestioning obedience to their leadership. Now, after their November debacle at the state level, they have lost that cohesion and unity. It could not happen at a worse time for the Dems.(127)

The office of the Senate Parliamentarian decides whether the option can be used. The Budget Reconciliation option is only for budget, revenue and fiscal issues. Nothing else. However, on Friday the Democrats received some very bad news on that issue. The story has received very little coverage in the midst of the manufactured filibuster hysteria, but it is just as important right now.The Budget Reconciliation option can be used once, and in rare cases, twice in a year. Repass budget in committees and bring them to the floor. in the senate, that would trigger another vote-a-rama. This would be exceedingly time consuming, and potentially politically risky."https://twitter.com/JakeSherman/status/1400056645191974922(135)

More on the bad news for the Democrats regarding the Budget Reconciliation option they are planning to use to pass their gigantic 'infrastructure' bill. The Democrats want to use the option twice. Usually it is only used once in a year."To use reconciliation twice, there would have to be reasons beyond political expediency - like an economic downturn."https://twitter.com/JakeSherman/status/1400056645191974922(136)

Budget Reconciliation was the Democrats' fallback option for passing their agenda if nothing else worked. Right now, it looks like nothing else willAnd it is evident now that the filibuster is not going to be abolished. It looks extremely unlikely right now that the Dems will be able to pass any of their radical leftist wish list.Of course, circumstances may change. But that is the situation as of now.(137)

Biden's insults directed at Manchin and Sinema do not help the Dems. The bizarre decision to put Harris 'in charge' of the voter legislation is just another ugly farce."Does Joe Biden have it in for Kamala Harris? It would seem so. He seems intent upon assigning her jobs that are guaranteed to fail"https://redstate.com/nick-arama/2021/06/01/joe-biden-must-not-like-kamala-harris-because-he-just-assigned-her-another-no-win-job-n389917continuing later(138)

@Movietime_Blues They both tend to want changes to the bills. The Dems are now so fanatical that Senators who supported Pelosi and Schumer in the past are now forced to address the radicalismHowever, they are still both reliable Democrat voters in almost all cases.

@timr I meant the Dems aren't exactly a forgiving bunch unless it's just the standard corruption.😜 I am not sure how the rules of the Senate are on caucusing but aren't Senators who are part of a caucus suppose to vote with the party they caucus with?

Continuing Ongoing thread on Voting, Elections, Third Party problems, Primaries, Voter Fraud and related issues:Continuing the discussion of the current state of the filibuster and legislation. Much is being said about Senators Manchin and Sinema and their consistent opposition to abolishing the filibuster. One of the reasons why they are holding so strongly to their positions is that they are supported by their constituents in their home states.(139)

More on poll support for Manchin and Sinema:"In West Virginia, 59 percent of respondents said that Manchin’s pledge not to weaken or eliminate the filibuster makes them more likely to vote for him the next time he’s on the ballot in 2024. More than a quarter of respondents — 28 percent — said that Manchin’s vow makes them “much more likely” to back his reelection."https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/551139-manchin-sinema-filibuster-support-scores-political-points-back-home-gop(141)

"For Sinema, who has said that senators should focus on cooperation and compromise rather than changing the filibuster, the support was even starker. Nearly two-thirds of Arizona voters surveyed — at 65 percent — said that her position on the matter makes them more likely to support her, including 31 percent who said they are much more likely to do so."https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/551139-manchin-sinema-filibuster-support-scores-political-points-back-home-gop?rl=1(143)

The poll numbers on the filibuster issue and its significance for Democrat Senators also had some important news for another Arizona Senator - Mark Kelly.Kelly has not made a definite statement regarding his position on the filibuster, but has tended to support abolishing it. He is up for reelection next year. This will be an issue for him(146)

But when told that he favors “change” when it comes to the procedure, Arizona voters reacted negatively, according to the GOP polling."https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/551139-manchin-sinema-filibuster-support-scores-political-points-back-home-gop?rl=1(147)

@watch4thedrop That might work if the filibuster fades as an issue. However, the Dems will have nothing at all to show for two years in power at the 2022 election. So if the filibuster remains a central issue, Kelly will be under pressure to make a statement - certainly by his GOP challenger

@timr The filibuster will never be removed for the simple reason that this is where these Senators derive their influence, favors, and power. They can kill legislation for other Senators and get favors for if without others getting their hands dirty. It's a good racket.

@timr The filibuster is no more necessary as is Congress. Neither serve any function but to destroy liberty and get rich at our expense. The nature of all policy passed by these people is designed to either expand their reach or diminish our liberty. Where is universal CCW? Where is full cannabis legalization? Two issues of overwhelming support from Americans. These are not people interested in anything but our money and support at the expense of our own interests. They thrive from our misery.

@timr Not just the filibuster, but Congress as a whole. They serve no purpose but to ignore the constitution and pass unjust laws. They are a waste of our time and should be dissolved. We can handle any issue domestically at the state level. We do not need them for anything.
