@x IMO, it's a cultural thing. That shitty employee contract has the same roots throughout IBM's history and the software industry at large.The belief that you can own a person because they signed a piece of paper. The exploitation of people with a clear and entrenched power differential.If you didn't check out that Dave Chappelle set, please do.
