Last year, my pear tree produced one pear. This year I got two!If this trend continues I will be able to supply 100% of Australia's pear requirements within 25 years.

@megfault no, it's pretty average sized for a pear. Here it is next to a small pumpkin I also grew!

@mike Alright. Seemed larger.I am thinking about all the fruit trees I have planted. I am not there to see them grow, but I bet my parents had that same joy of picking their first fruits :)

@megfault my pear tree is just a baby, I only planted it a couple of years ago. My apple tree is huge though, and absolutely covered in fruit right now. It's great!
