       @drgo yeah, i learned my lesson years and years ago. there are a lot of people out there you can't talk to about anything except, like, weed, work, and marvel movies.being able to opt-out from so much BS is a gift.

       @keith exactly. I don’t care for politicians and the way the masses are being manipulated. I’m not playing their stupid game…they’re competing for stupid prizes. Me and my bitcoin will do just fine vanishing into the aether.

       @drgo that's essentially my philosophy. there are a variety of general reasons that *imo* apply again *imo* to a surprising large number of ppl: people waste your time/don't care until they can make a buck; people are often interested in taking advantage and are willing to harm if it benefits them or whatever group they identify with regardless of desperation; people have beliefs, not thoughts and i'm pretty sure i'm stealing this from carlin but people with beliefs are generally dangerous
