       Totality of the 20 Jan 2019 lunar eclipse, from the U of Calgary's Rothney Astrophysical Observatory's Baker-Nunn telescope. Eclipse totality is about the only time the BN can image the Moon as the Moon is too bright the rest of the time for the telescope.If you stack the Lunar images from through the eclipse you get an image of the Earth's shadow.
