I know more than lawyers on this subject (99%).The issue is not Harris' birthplace, it's the fact that neither parent was a US citizen at the time Kackles was born (and mother never was). They were legal residents, rendering her naturalized by 8 USC 1401(a), not natural born Citizen as is req. by the 12th Amendment.

It prevents any foreign allegiance at the time of birth--- SEE Federalist 68. Therefore it is impossible that one born in a foreign country, or of foreign parent is an eligible natural born Citizen.(although they can be "citizen")Do you think Obama had allegiance to the principles of the US or its Constitution?
