@ThomasWic Something I didn't expect to see: I thought Leahy was going to run a rule-less kangaroo court, complete with Kavanaugh Circus, with the aim that anything Trump's team might try to present could be duly drowned out by loud music, clown cars, dancing bears and high-wire acts. So the real vote count was gleaned from the military OP was given to Congress, then between 1/6 and 1/20 Pence and the cabinet invoked the 25 amendment, and notified the senate pro tempore and speaker of the house, that POTUS Trump is unable to perform his duties on 1/20 due to the fraud. Pence became acting POTUS? Interesting that Leahy would have been the Pro Tempore on 1/3, & now is "judge" at impeachment. After the revelation of fraud, Trump will reassume duties.

I don't have full confidence in Gorsuch, C-Barrett or Kavanaugh - which isn't to say they wouldn't reverse it, they just may not let the issues that need to be heard in order to reverse it rise to the surface.
