       @gud Interesting. For home I like using temperature color light similar to fire, so LEDs go inside salt lamps which create warm color. I cannot stand white lighting, hurts my eyes and reminds me to hospitals or something.

       @pleiades Nice one. I think our bodies naturally know what is good for us and bright white light usually isn't. My eyes are poor though so I use bright 200w old fashioned bulbs for reading but they have a nice yellowy glow. Monitors use LED afaik so we can't get away from them yet. They are OK for waking us up in the morning but should be turned off 30 mins before bedtime -- that works for me at least.

       @gud I remember reading about the 30 mins before bedtime thing somewhere, don't remember which book but it resonated a lot and was kept in my mind. Thanks for your advice! It is greatly appreciated, always happy to receive your messages.
