Oh yeah btw I have a talk at FOSDEM this Sunday in case you want to see it: "Spritely Goblins: a distributed journey" https://fosdem.org/2021/schedule/event/spritelygoblins/Since this will be a fully remote conference, and since FOSDEM is no-cost-to-attend, anyone can join from anywhere!

@jfred @cwebber I guess that's to be expected for a conference where the name stands for "Free and Open source Software Developers' European Meeting" 😉Timezones really are a problem for international communication, cooperation and collaboration.

@heluecht @cwebber Yeah. Thankfully so much can be done asynchronously, and at least between the Eastern US and Western Europe there's at least some good overlapping hours.(Or crazy people like me can just wake up at 4 AM! :P)

@jfred @cwebber I'm always confused when people from the states are replying at unexpected times 😀With having a coder in the project who is living in the states, I'm now mostly creating my pull requests in the night, then go to bed and at the morning I answer his comments. And sometimes he is still awake and reacts. It would be harder though if he lived at the west coast.
