@alcinnz It honestly seems like a futile exercise if you include e.g. AWS, mainly because you don't have control over what site owners decide to do.The best you can do, imo, is choosing apps and programs which minimize the amount of information you give the behemoths.As for AWS and services like it, I think the only hope is regulation and nationalization. But...that's probably a while away from becoming reality.
