@mmu_man Woooh! First Orics I've seen for 30 years. Mine was an Atmos. It was like the Betamax of the personal computer market.

Looking inside… ORIC-1 is an Issue 3 motherboard, while these two Atmos are Issue 4. Different CPU vendor though.the 4th one still has the warranty sticker so I'll leave it there for now)

@SchtroumfGrognon @mmu_man J’ai jamais osé les ouvrir. Je vois enfin le gros haut-parleur qui faisait légèrement vibrer le clavier dans avec zap, ping, explode et je ne sais plus quelle autre instruction sonore de base en basic.

@mmu_man @SchtroumfGrognon Vers la fin de l’oric on avait trouvé un sampler, finalement le AY-3-8912 (c’est General Instrument à la base, pas Yamaha, qui l’a vendu sous licence plus tard tiens) avait de bonnes capacités.
