@kelbot I don't know if I played the first one, and the third one was just kind of more of the same. XL is my favorite on account of the soundtrack, gameplay didn't change much as far as I remember

@kelbot FFVII definitely left a large imprint on me. Things I also played a lot are Tekken 3, Future Cop L.A.P.D., Crash Team Racing, FFIX, GTA2 and Harrier Attack (not sure on the last one’s name).

@subca @irimi1 I have not played them all so can't really answer. I really liked VII when I played it originally on PS1 but that was a long time ago.

@kelbot As for me, my fave PS1 games are Vib Ribbon and (I know that everyone hates this one but I like it) Apocalypse.Apocalypse was one of the first games that really managed to cut down on loading times and I love the simple Robotron 2084 style game play. The whole Bruce Willis gimming isn’t the selling point of the game.I also liked Street Fighter EX Plus α, Darkstalkers, and Tekken 2. Not sure they’re worth playing today, there are better fighting games on other platforms now.

@Sandra Vib Ribbon is pretty cool. I wish I could get it working with my own music files in an emulator. I've never played Apocalypse. I'll have to check it out.
