@kelbot What do you think of the joystick on the Odroid Go Advance?

@kelbot This kind of makes me want to get an odroid go advance, but also kind of makes me just want to do more with my PSP-2000. I finally found my copy of SW Battlefront Renegade Squadron this weekend! Is that a native PSP game in the pic, or is it running some kind of emulator(!)? I’d love to learn more about new things that can be done with this old(ish) hardware.

@drewzero1 Definitely at least hack around with your PSP for a while before springing for an OGA since you already have the PSP. The PSP has so many emulators, homebrew and other hacks and utilities one you install CFW. You can load it up with tons of stuff on a microsd card with an adapter. I like the OGA too for slightly different reasons. That game is an NES homebrew running on emulators.

@kelbot Just got NES and N64 emus going. Looks like I messed up the Stella installation but I'm sure I'll figure it out sooner or later. Thanks so much!

@gbrnt The joystick is pretty decent. It functions like a mini version of a normal joystick on a home console controller. So its a little different than the PSP stick that kind slides in all directions rather than tilt.

@gbrnt I think it feels a little better for control but I like that the PSP stick is super low profile and pocket friendly. Also, the OGA stick is the same as a Vita joystick. Actually the exact same and a lot of people replace it with a genuine vita joystick because they like the stick shape/feel better.

@kelbot Oh nice! That should be good for replacement if it breaks
