       i've seen some people talking about this, but i think it bears repeating...information given freely does **not** carry a social obligation of reciprocity. don't let anyone make you feel otherwise.some people will tell you things about themselves in the hopes that you'll in turn tell them something about yourself you otherwise wouldn't. they choose to do that without any kind of prior agreement. you don't owe them anything for that.people doing things unprompted are not owed.
