@dick_turpin The one I get most often is "I think I have a virus because I don't know what these pop ups are for". It's because they're going to shady sites and not using the built in adblocker/popup blocker in Chrome and Windows 10 hooks into it to throw notifs. Not like nsfw shady but ones that have a lot of ads/popups. I end up turning the notifs for everything in W10 off and they're happy after.

@dick_turpin On site when they click on the close button before you can read the error message. "Oh I always cancel that" . The best decision we ever made was to move from a WIMP environment to a terminal for our service package. Besides the increase in speed by eliminating the mouse, (and the increase in speed by not using Microsoft Windows) when they got an error message, they didn't know what to do to continue. (clue read the screen)

@wyliecoyoteuk Email Bouncebacks are my favourite.That famous saying: "If I had a pound........"The number of times I get someone screaming at me and yet the answer is in the bounceback is unbelievable.
