       @kelbot The waffle recipe in it is so good that America's Test Kitchen set out to find the Best Waffle Recipe and came back to it and said "nope no one has improved on this ever."(The front cover has come off the one I acquired from Mom and is being used as a bookmark now. I also have the loose-leaf 40's or 50's version that was her mother's.)

       @kelbot I love that cookbook! My mom has the one her mom used and it has so many gems in it. The best part is that many of the recipes are annotated with their modifications or adjustments.
