       I have been dealing with a lot of suicide ideation lately. Opened up to my best friend about it yesterday. Going to try to book time with a therapist ASAP.

       @piss_in_my_eye I’m glad you’re feeling OK now. Getting through nights can be so difficult sometimes, but for me things tend to look a bit better in the morning, and I keep trying to remember that.

       @DoctorDee ya I’ve found lately the feelings of hopelessness and self hatred etc. come on so strongly and so suddenly. Unfortunately, for me sometimes I feel just as bad or worse in the morning. I think I do need meds and therapist advice, but for now, I realize I just need to stick it out during those shitty feelings, because almost always they do pass and I feel normal again.
