In the Facebook video, Mr Fochs claims he did not move as the officer came toward him, instead simply putting out an elbow to protect himself and the officer from possible collision. However, in his statement, the officer alleges that Mr Fochs, while part of a crowd that was out past Seattle’s curfew, made a violent attempt to dismount the officer from his bike. ………………………..

@splinear @HebrideanHecate not a new point but… “pass” as what? Pass as somebody with currently modish hair and makeup? The target of “passing” is clearly not “actual woman”, which includes a huge range of appearances from fat butch to skinny old lady to, well, name your era / continent. there is no one target, there is no such thing as “passing” as any singular thing. The target of passing seems actually to means “hair and makeup that is currently more or less modish for young (usually white) women”which…. okay? But hair and makeup is not a sex.

Bit terfy of him to take offence at the man’s penis being repeatedly shoved in his face. Maybe the man identifies as a woman and it was his girldick he was showing off. Besides, don’t TRAs repeatedly state that if someone (a woman) sees a penis in a public area that they (she) should look away in order to spare the owner of the penis the embarrassment of being judged for being a sexual exhibitionist?@HebrideanHecate
