A train is hurtling down the railway lines, on a collision course with a strange man on the lines. If you pull the lever next to you, the train will be diverted to hit his brother on the other lines. One of these men cannot be harmed by trains and always lies. The other will die if a train hits him and always tells the truth. You have time for one question

@ThreeLetterMax this one isn't even hard thoOR(1, 0) = 1, so you just ask that (coding for 0 = can't be damaged by trains) and hit whomever says it's = 0 :celthinkeline:

@toast @ThreeLetterMax I agree, let's crank it up a bit :grin:There are three people in a row on a track and none on the other. There's a lever, but you can't see the part of the track where the switch happens. They do see it. You want to save their lives, so you have to figure out if you should pull the lever or not by asking them questions. The problem is, one of the three always lies, the other always tells the truth, the other one will sometimes lie and sometimes tell the truth. An aditional problem is that they will only answer you with DA or NA, which means either yes or no, but you don't know which means what. You only have time to ask two questions.(I believe it's solvable, but didn't take the time to fully prove it, so don't hate me if I made a mistake :blobfoxinnocentpuppyeyes: )
