       @mike @fosstodon It seems there was a misunderstanding somewhere along the way. If they move to another server will you restore their account so it can be setup using the migration thing?

       @KenMacD We can re-enable the account so people who are looking for them here can find their profile, but data isn't retained after a suspension. Followers and posts are removed, and we can't restore them. They can do a graceful migration to another host, or even abide by our CoC and stay here. I expect that won't be the option they choose though, considering their post. @fosstodon

       @mike I think it should be linked from the footer. Having a particular CoC for one of these federated instances is a huge consideration (positive or negative, depending on the person) for choosing an instance. BTW, I think this CoC looks pretty good ;)
