@mike I think it should be linked from the footer. Having a particular CoC for one of these federated instances is a huge consideration (positive or negative, depending on the person) for choosing an instance. BTW, I think this CoC looks pretty good ;)

I get how algorithmic timelines can be used for evil, for amping up engagement by pissing people off, etc., but the whole the point of open source software is that we can turn algorithms to our own ends.
