My hairdresser is in Taipei and I have no idea when I'll see her again. Hair was getting unwieldy so I decided to take a pair of scissors into my own hands. What do you think?

@Dai oh well :) my hair grows quite fast though (30cm in a year) so the long hair will be back in no time. for now, short is great because it's summer and getting hot!

@SlowRain I like how observant you are! :Das for the hairdresser, I haven't found one in Finland that I like (I've only tried a couple of times, but still...); they are 4x more expensive here than in Taiwan; plus it's an annual ritual when I go visit my parents to get my hair cut :)

@cybette my friends guided the haircut process over Zoom. We were all at least tipsy, it was well after dark, and I was sitting next to a campfire. We thought the results were pretty good at the time, but in the morning light it looked like week-old roadkill was stapled to my head.
