The amount of times I've been subjected to someone's "project plan" that is housed in a macro-infested Excel file that only exists in certain dimensions of the higher planes of existence, while simultaneously having to give reports *out* of this spreadsheet, *into* a PowerPoint presentation, that is (in essence) being used as a fancy frame for said spreadsheet is TOO 👏 DAMN 👏 HIGH 👏

Instead of proper project management tools that have all sorts of nice features, UI and easy-to-manage interfaces, etc.

@ndegruchy ... and the progress tracking WebEx where someone reads each line and you have to give an update. For extra points, a junior updating the spreadsheet and the project manager dictating the updates, repeatedly saying "can you scroll right/left".Because there's no budget to pay for a Jira.

@dvavasour It's so disheartening, too. We have teams and project at work, but no one uses them except me. Then they wonder why no one can remember what was done... except me.
