Today I realized that "dots does not matter in gmail". And that gave me the thought again if I should simple block accounts that is using "gmail.com" email-addresses....Good or bad idea? Why?#mastoadmin

@ARandomCatholic Yeah, my own mailserver supports that aswell. But currently - 99% of the spamaccounts that is trying to register on this instance is using gmail

@admin Bad idea.- You would be blocking a lot of people- It's easy to setup 'dots don't matter' for any email domain. It isn't just a gmail thing.
