No-go zones are popping up all over the USA, one after another... This shit may really turn into a civil war soon.

@freemo I think it officially started yesterday when #Trump labelled #antifa a terrorist organization. #BlackLivesMatter finalized it for me when a bunch of their supporters found a violent #Antifa plant and turned him over to the police.

@realcaseyrollins Are you suggesting the violence is almost all from antifa side? If so wouldnt labeling them a terrorist organization and having BLM be against them be the end of it not the start of it?

@freemo IDK, #antifa's definitely violent but so are others. They're just the only identifiably violent group. The war is really going to be between who stands for looting and racist assaults and who don't. I can definitely see those who loot siding with #Antifa, forming two distinct sides.> [wouldn't] having BLM be against them be the end of it not the start of it?Not necessarily; this doesn't mean the war has ended, it just means that lines have officially been drawn. For the sake of discussion let's say the war is #Antifa vs. #BlackLivesMatter; the war will only be over when one or the other is forced to retreat or dissolve.

@realcaseyrollins I dont think the sides will split int he way you suggest, though it will be an element.. That said I do agree antifa are largely the bad guys and doing a lot of violence.

@freemo Well it's just a theory. IDK who will spearhead both sides but I'm pretty sure #Antifa will be a large portion of the more "troublemaker" wing.

@realcaseyrollins If we are really talking a civil war here, the truth is, the lines are drawn by the people who control ghe guns, not by the looters or the masses. From what I've seen of my study of history and the rise of civil wars it usually starts with riots. during riots there are no lines, just lots of random killing and looting in every direction. Even the people with good intents due to their lack of organization just descend into chaos (this is where we are at). Then once the chaos gets bad enough the military fractures. Some stay loyal to the current system, and others, along with portions of the tanks and weapons, split and create some opposing ideal (as of yet undefined). then the looting and rioting masses wind up drawing their lines based on the military sides at play. We arent there yet though. The fact that americans also are well armed creates a unique dynamic here. Eventually the armed citizens are going to get involved and I suspect in the case of USA they will draw the lines rather than a split int he military drawing the lines. The sad part is, however, its mostly republicans with guns and very few democrats and that is a very clear split. So we may very well see the lines drawn down conservative and liberal lines eventually. Again we are not there yet.My point is, if this does go the way of a civil war, it will be the people with the guns deciding where the line is.

@freemo Precisely my concern. With the amount of weapons and emotions accumulated, it just needs a spark now.
