       this is like... the ultra-individualistic neoliberal side of libre culturewe've created a culture where everything is expected to be free and anyone who even solicits voluntary donations is shamed, threatened, may even have online hate mobs sicced on them, etc.is this just because libre culture is powerless to stand up to the big ruthless exploiters at the top who've co-opted it like Microsoft, Google, etc.? either way, they are the primary beneficiaries of attacks on individual creatives
