I was up all night, sitting behind my laptop, thinking about how to start working properly in the legal field...I need some advice from you, my dear #crypto enthusiast.I decided to move to Georgia (Tbilisi), it's a very good place to live + the state does not prevent business to grow with its stupid regulations.I want to start working openly and pay taxes in Georgia. The first question is:Which exchange would you advise to have USD with a small fees and a good speed on the exchange?

Or maybe I don't need a super-regulated exchange to sell crypto on the OTC market at all, and I can do without KYC by some payment systems and exchange?Would be happy to hear your thoughts?#crypto #cryptocurrency #Bitcoin #BTC #Monero #XMR

@TheFuzzStone You can use Bisq without KYC, but it's always going to cost a premium. In fact, more than 5% at least.

@raucao, One good friend (who works with large volumes) didn't recommend Bitstamp, because they arrange checks at every step and it's just impossible to work like that.

@TheFuzzStone not sure what that means. I have not encountered any additional checks after initial KYC.

@raucao, I want to start selling in retail, and I'm looking for options to offer the best possible commission.Bisqs have small volumes, so there may be more problems than making a profit.

@TheFuzzStone Not sure I follow. So you want to be a broker? And you're asking which exchange has favorable conditions for that?

@raucao, yeah, just usual OTC, but not in a typical country. The question is how to take from my clients local currency #GEL (#Lari) and convert it into USD (or EUR) and send it to the exchange with minimum fees and maximum speed.

@TheFuzzStone Isn't it easier to just keep a bunch of coins around, keep a local book, and just mirror trades on the exchange?

@raucao, well, in my situation, that's not easier. Personally, I find it easier to take money from a client, take my fee, and buy some crypto with a market order. For example, you give me 100 bucks, I take a 2% commission, I keep 2 bucks, and for the other 98, I buy you the crypto you want and immediately withdraw it to your wallet.

That's technically not legal, because you have to withdraw to your own wallet. In any case, your name will be attached to the UTXO otherwise.I don't think doing it this way, without a hot-wallet buffer, makes any technical or economic sense to be honest. People may as well use Bisq in that case.

@raucao @TheFuzzStone yeah, generally you want to keep funds on both sides (borders, exchanges) so that you can immediately hedge whatever your client is buying/selling. Actually sending foreign currency around for every transaction will probably destroy you.

@tomosaigon @raucao I don't trust the stock exchanges at all, so I don't keep money from them. The system is simple: deposit, buy/sell, withdrawal.
