First time I stay home on election day since 1994.No. It wasn't that I was sick (though I was).But the Reps cancelled the primary in VA. No sense wasting all that money.I know. I could've gone and voted for Bernie or the guy with foot-in-mouth disease.Yet, I could not stomach the idea and I really don't give a shit which moron gets trounced in November.So I stayed home sipping tea.

@Debradelai I also missed the election. Was going to vote for a Democrat loser to screw with them and then thought I would either vote a write in for PDJT on the Dem ballot or just vote for him to show support.And then I got sick. Sitting at home, not voting.Bummer.

@rarity @Debradelai The cough thing has been going around here for several mos. The cough lasts a long time. A physician friend of mine wrote & said the viruses going around this year are really weird. My next door neighbors got it after flying to AZ; their cough lasted 6 wks or so. Sucks.

@ilumanous @Debradelai Earl Grey is the bomb. My fave is Revolution's Earl Grey lavender. That might be too foo foo for a manly man. Back when I had a more stressful job I found it worked as well as Advil when dealing with crazy people.

Hello @Debradelai I am in the 7th district and I believe there are a few people running to challenge Abigail SpanCommie (as we say in my house). Is there going to be a convention in Virginia to determine the GOP candidate? I am not seeing much discussion of this. Usually we get something in the mail, etc. but almost blackout info this time.
