       The place where I live is ‘hipster adjacent’, which means that on weekends, my local shop/cafe sells a croissant filled with cheese & kimchi. It shouldn’t work, but OMG it’s one of the most delicious things. I’ve just inhaled one. Greedily. It’s my new Sunday treat.
