       A corporation is a legal device to protect humans from the danger of carrying out their instructions.Thus a corporation is a virtual robot.So we're actually living in one of those dystopian stories where the world is run by giant robots.Matt Siegel pointed this out the other day, and it's been going round my head ever since.

       @marnanel @jaycie There was a piece I read some years ago about how corporations are “slow AI” and that we’re already living in the dystopia that’s Musk and friends fear. They’re already optimizing for things other than human well-being. I could try to find the link if you like.
