       Just got my first pair of noise cancelling headphones ever. I am afraid that I will never want to take them off.My wife also wants a pair. I kind of want us to be able to just talk to each other like we're in a helicopter and not hear anything else.

       @lmorchard SAME.  Mme. Yeti Woman gave me a pair for air travel but... on they go most of the time when out I go.  There are enough podcasts to keep me environment- free most of the time.  If we ever meet on the street, I’ll nod, you nod, and just keep walking.
