       I don't know what to do about this : there's a rumour among the kids at my daughter's middle school that the math teacher was transferred there last year after having declared his ❤️ to a female student at his previous school. My daughter is very unhappy about this and believes the rumor is true. We talked about not really being in a position to know if it is true or not... But I told her to try not to have close contact with him (the internet can explain math to her too, right?), and to pass the rumor on to as many girls as possible in case it is true. I wonder if I was wrong to tell her to pass the rumor around (even though I asked her to emphasise that it's a rumor at this time), or if there is something more I should do. We're in Japan and I have language issues, so I don't see myself talking to him or the school at this point.Any comments would be great! Even negative ones, because I am not really sure of myself.
